01 Philosophy
Chinese medicine sees the human being as a whole. Western medicine brings precise diagnostics and scientific depth. Together, they give me the complete picture.
Two languages I think in at once – never separately.
Many of the complaints that brought women to my practice followed a hidden pattern: cyclical, hormonal, or clustered in certain phases of life.
02 My Focus
Women have their own biology – and it calls for a medical perspective of its own.
Areas of Treatment
The cycle is a mirror of overall health – not just gynaecological health.
Support for natural conception and assisted reproduction.
Taking pain seriously, regulating inflammation, regaining quality of life.
An interplay of several hormone axes and metabolism – not always cysts.
Mindful care from early pregnancy through to the postpartum weeks.
Symptoms often begin ten years before periods stop.
Specialist diagnostics complement my work and make it even more precise.
03 Therapies
Every treatment is tailored to you – based on a diagnosis in both Western and Chinese medicine.
Targeted stimuli at defined points prompt the nervous, immune and hormonal systems to regulate. Over 2,500 years of clinical experience.
Hypnotherapeutic and neurosensory techniques combined with acupuncture in one method – for complaints with physical and emotional components.
European medicinal plants prescribed according to Chinese diagnostics – Jeremy Ross's concept, individually formulated.
Cell training through breathing, medically supervised – for chronic fatigue, long COVID and fertility support.
04 Treatment Approaches
Every fertility journey is different. Acupuncture, Western herbs and Sinosomatics regulate the cycle and hormonal balance; IHHT complements them at the cellular level. Central to my approach: regulating the nervous system – calm and safety in the body.
Time for Fertility – my urban retreat for women hoping to conceive. zeitfuerfruchtbarkeit.com
Perimenopause and postmenopause are part of the same process – both deserve medical attention. Ideally, my treatment begins before symptoms start, and continues well beyond.
Time for Transformation – my retreat programme for women in peri- and postmenopause.
05 About Me
My path into Chinese medicine began in 1987 – with courses in TCM nutrition, qi gong and clinical internships in Beijing. Chinese medicine and Western medicine are like two languages I speak at the same time. Sinosomatics, itself rooted in Chinese medicine, connects two levels that belong together: mind and body.
Since 2006 I have run my own practice in Vienna, and I teach Western herbal medicine in ICM at institutions across Europe.
